I'm an office manager for a small company. I barely have 8 months working here and I'm still learning how to do everything. I pretty much know about 85% of what I need to do, but the problem is that it's affecting my health. The company is still not very stabelized, with rules and regulations, we sometimes have arguments, and missunderstandings because the other workers and my boss don't communicate. I try to do my job right, but since I'm still learning they blame it on me or they expect me to know how to do everything. THis is the first time I work as an office manager, and didn't know anything about paperwork. Not only is my job exausting since I manage everything in the office, but aside of that we have problems with employees (family), and it stresses me out alot. I had a panic attack about 2 weeks ago and I was really bad. It took me at least a week to get better. My sister own a restaurant which she recently bought, and asked me if I wanted to work there as a cashier.

We have lunch together a lot and she never even oprders food. I spent a week with her at camp adn she barely ate anything. She says she has no appitite anymore and this could be caused by stress in her life. i think she wants to control something in her life so she chose food. How do i encourage her to eat without seeming like I am taking control?

I'm in college, living away from home now, waiting for the insurance to come through at my job (its a new job--takes 3 months to process everything)...i've been kind of tired from work, etc...but i'm 118 lbs and healthy and i exercise and all that..but lately i've just been blacking out--falling forward. the other night our doorbell rang after supper, and i walked into the other room and i felt very sick to my stomach and my heart started pounding really hard..to the point where i could hear it and i woke up on the bed w/ my friend not remembering anything after that point...what could be causing this?? thanks!

I have been having these incidents in which I would wake suddenly from a dream and I'd get paralyzed for like 5 to ten seconds, then I'd regain mobility. Once I snap out of it and try to get back to sleep, I sense it coming on again so I back it off by doing something productive. Has anybody been through anything like this before? what exactly is this? I've heard that it is called sleep para;ysis but I'm not sure
