If you become an anorexic how long does it take for you to lose the weight? And also is it worth it? I'm not thinking of becoming anorexic I'm just wondering..

I've had it done and now ten years later I find that one eye is really far-sighted and the other is moderately far-sighted. Enough so that I need to wear glasses or contacts for most things. Driving is ok because distance is not a problem!

I am having trouble sleeping at night. I am tired all day and can't wait until the end of the day so that I can go home and go to bed. But by the time I do get home, usually after my 12 or more hour days, I can't easily fall asleep. How can I fall asleep faster so that I can get as close to 8 hours of sleep as I can?

It seems as if whenever I eat fresh fruit of any kind I get very sick to my stomach. I'm reasonably healthy and I'm not pregnant. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with me?

So. All I've been doing lately, is crying. A teacher will bring something up and I want to cry. I cry over little things too and in front of teachers, as mentioned and it's getting pretty bad. I don't know what to do. Like, I can keep myself FROM crying, but that's a bit painful, and the other person knows I'm about to cry, which is embarrassing in itself. I just... I don't know what to do to keep from crying over the little things (my mom and I fighting, uhm... not getting a part in the play that I wanted, confronting teachers). All said examples make me go crazy. I'm not sure if it's stress or what. After I ran today, just after I had a crying fest, I felt ... Better, but by the time I got home, it was back.

Any adivce on how to calm myself, or relax and not think about crying would be great. I'm not saying I want to stop- I know it's an outlet, buuuut I need a better outlet.

One that's not so embarrassing at school. =[
