I am having trouble sleeping at night. I am tired all day and can't wait until the end of the day so that I can go home and go to bed. But by the time I do get home, usually after my 12 or more hour days, I can't easily fall asleep. How can I fall asleep faster so that I can get as close to 8 hours of sleep as I can?

Maybe you're over stress or worry about something. Go to bed early, and drink a cup of milk before you sleep would probably help.

Simply Sleep by Tylenol. Don't have sex before bed, it wakes me up for some reason.
