You are probably not getting enough sleep to please your body. Try going to bed a little earlier and see if that doesn't help.

You can also try the Energy bars throughout the day. They have proven to be useful to many people.

Check your diet habits too. You need to eat properly from all the food groups.....and you might need to take the one a day vitamins as an added measure.

Fresh air is the best instant remedy for my sleepiness. Instant recovery. Stop and take three long breaths and hold each of them in to a count of 10 and release slowly. You'll be amazed.

it depends on if u gotta study,if so, get cold shower before,brush teeth ,comb hair(get ur self active)...if that dont work....get a good
night sleep..k gurl!

have the person nearest you pinch you at the back of you neck.
or if you're alone, just stretch your body.
it works for me..
