I would see your doctor. Let him rule out anything physical. If it is mental then have him recommend a psychiatrists. Therapy and medication can help alleviate anxiety. It helped me!
Good luck!

You may have what's called vertigo. It happens to me when my allergies start in. Fluid builds up in the mucus membranes around my ears and makes me dizzy. Mostly when I'm in a somewhat confined space like the hallway in my house or in my car.
Ask your doctor if you can take antihistimines, and see if it helps.

See your doctor. It could be an inner ear issue or something else. We are not medically trained and neither is the internet. We cannot examine, test, diagnose or treat you. We don't know your medical history and wouldn't know what to do with it if we did.

maybe a little claustrophobic maybe, fear of tight closed in places.
Or maybe you have a little panic attack when you are in closed in places.
Or perhaps you are getting around something you are allergic to. Like a perfume or mans cologne. ink from paper, fabric dyes in clothing or carpet. and even the paint on the walls or celing in the closed in space maybe setting off an allergic reaction.
