You really can not tell if you are going to be tall. But you still have time for the growth spurt to happen. It could happen over the winter months or next year. You can never know when this will happen or if it will happen. But if you have tall parents or someone in you family that is tall then you have that chance.

Have a look at your relatives and ask them when thier last growth spurt was. If you do not have any around check the distance from your knee to foot if it longer than most you probably have a spurt coming

You don't know, I know everyone thought I was going to be short, but I eventually had a growth spirt a little late and am taller than my sisters who were always really tall compared to me when we were younger.

Look at your parents; you will be at least as tall as one of them.

If you are 13 and have not grown, it is likely you are some sort of dwarf. If I were you, I'd have my doctor put me on a steroid regiment, and start thinking about leg stretching surgery.

the best way to tell is by looking at your parents and grandparents. usually height is genetic and can run in your genes.
