I went to a Tool concert last night and didn't get home until really late (after midnight) and now I'm at work about ready to pass out. What can I do to help wake myself?

COFFEE. My beverage of choice. At least two cups. It will take 15-20 minutes to get into your system. While iit is doing that, if you can take a 20 minute power nap. By then the caffiene will have kicked in. Walking, eating food, can help you stay awake, but caffiene is your friend.

Well, If you're at work - chances are it's not the most exciting place to be... you're only hope is coffee.. or just get up and take a quick walk..
I would tell you to sing or listen to loud music.. but.. again - the work thing. :-s

If I havent slept lots and that i could be up the entire day I drink potential drinks and the recent 5/6 hour potential drink stumbled on at gasoline stations. they arrive in tiny bottles and shop u unsleeping and aler for hours.

Take no doze or vivarin both will work. Or you can drink alot of Mountain Dew. That always worked for me with all that caffiene in it.

Drugstores carry whats call 'wake up pills' try them out.
actually I think it's a strong dose of caffeine
