contacts

Personally, I like contacts better since I work in the health care field. My glasses would either get knocked off or if I had to wear a mask and then the glasses will steam up.

My contacts have never rolled in the back of my head. I wear them day and night.

As a dispensing optician I would have to say you should speak to your optician as it would depend on the medical history / health of the eye, your prescription, and what enviroment you want to wear them in. Contact lens wearers should still really wear glasses every now and then to give their eyes a break from contacts anyway - too much wearing of contacts can cause vascularisation of the cornea.

I am to the point where i will have to live with wearing glasses. I am so allergic to all the contact solution that evry time i put them on I get dry eye and they turn RED! After they turn red complete strangers proceed to ask me if I am tired or am i feeling okay. The kids are even more cruel and they assume that i have been smoking pot.

Depends on your purpose and tolerance for touching your eyeball. I prefer contacts to glasses for most activities (sports, driving, etc). but my eyes get less fatigued if I am wearing glasses and spending a lot of time at the computer.

depends .. if your prescription calls for wearing your glasses all day then contancts are better but if not then its not so bad having to wear glasses for a little bit..

plus contacts take more maintinence and u have to be careful with them so u dont get an eye infection. but ur doc will tell u how to use them. contacts are also better for sports.

I have both. I prefer glasses because it's more comfortable. Plus, it's easier to put on and off. When I have contacts, I'm hesitant to take a quick nap for fear of having them roll up and over my eye.
