I found out I have colesterol. I have been trying to eat foodsvery low in fats and saturated fats. I wanted to know if granulated white sugar contains fat? I am supposed to be on a low fat diet. Does anyone have any ideas what kinds of food I should eat? I know some but I am looking to buy single dinners in the frozen section without alot of fat. I still have to cook for my family so I want something easy where I don't hae to cook twice..lol please help me if you can .

I smoke weed and I stoped smoking 5 days ago.. I smoke 1 bowl a day of some chronic.. But now im 5 days clean and I have a drug test in 1 week.. Anyone have any home remedies or know anything about how to pass a drug test? Thanks.. If you have negitive feed back then keep it to yourself.

the pain is horrible,because of me having medal plates the doctor said i can't have a mri they haven't said the cause of my pain but phisical therpy didn't work,medicine isn't helping and i just won't the pain to stop!i love my job but can't go to work because of this pain.will it go away?will it keep returing?help it is stealing my life and i don't even know the cause!

i am getting some serious nightmares right before waking up..

like today it was me getting shot in the chest..

these have been happening for some times now, not everyday but atleast 3-4x a week and i ended up having a serious headache from the stess of the dream..

what could be causing this and is there something i can do before going to bed

I'm on bedrest but have been walking around way too much going to the hospitial for check ups...etc...is it safe enough to actually be doing this? I get off bed rest next week. I was put on bed rest due to preterm labor. and was dialated.

Anyone out there that mastrubation is wrong? I feel that it is and it's like your having sex with yourself and not your partner. And ifyou think it's wrong,show me where on the web or give me sites I can look at. I feel every time I mastrabate, that it's wrong. And does anyone do this? Just out of curious.

Seriously.... I like eating rocks.... I have rock eating urges. I hear some dogs do it too.

I accidently hit my head really hard getting in the car this morning. I was okay but have a red nasty bump like right by my eyebrow. It gave me a headche all day and i had been a little wobbly. I went to the nurse at school and she said if i feel worse to go to the doctor. I took some asprin to get the headache away and the swelling down and i iced it for like 30 minutes. I have a dance tommorow and dont want to go with a nasty bump on my head. Whats the quickest way to rid it? thanks in advance!

She has had this for 3 months and has been to the doc several times and the doc keeps giving her steriods. She takes 6 a day as prescribed and when she stops taking them it comes back like before. She can't sleep well due to the steriods and says she has never been allergic to anything. She is in good health normally and has no pets and abit of stress but nothing more than the average person. ?? Any ideas why this is happening to her.
3 months of steriods off and on, as soon as she is done the meds she gets the full body hives right back.
I feel sorry for her.

My nose is red and sort of looks swolen, the bottom is rumbed raw from wiping it, because it is runny. My eyes are sort of puffy and my eye lids sort of burn and they are bright red.
I feel miserable.
