pancreatitis could still be the cause, adhesions, gall stones or kidney trouble could be other reasons, in females ovaries or pelvic inflammatory disease could be a reason. eventually there could be IBS, psychogenic pain if all evaluation turns out negative

Depending on the exact location of the pain it could be many things. If it's upper it could be the liver. If it is lower it could be anything from bowel obstruction to ovary problems if you have some of those. Keep in mind sometimes different problems cause pains in places that aren't directly the problem.

Depends... high or low? If it's low and you're mid cycle... it could be ovulation. Do you perhaps have ovarian cysts? Try having sex! If it gets worse, very possible you have ovarian cysts which can be controlled with birth control pills or other hormones.

They just tell you they take this stuff out so they can collect big fee and pay off their BMW. you know? maybe the stuff that is the problem is really now causing you problem and you need to get this new stuff out, eh? pretty simple?
