What can i do? I'm so afraid of everything bad that would happen, that its stopping me from living my life and having fun. What is wrong with me? I've always felt like this when i was little, now, i think its getting worst, is it depression? Or worst?

So, my doc says I have a NASTY heel spur. It hurts like heck - but they want me to take Prednisone for the swelling.. I've never heard ANYTHING good about Prednisone. I've been taking Advil like crazy and it's getting better. Will this just come back if I don't take it? Any ideas?

I am worried that my daughter has spinal bifida occultabecause I found out that a patch of hair on the back could be a sign. My daughter has a patch of brown hair on her lumbar saccaral area. She does not have any sign but complains of lower back pain alot. If you know anything about this please let me know because i am trying to decide if I should take her to the doctor for an MRI. Please help me.

I was told today that I have a muscular disease in the muscles surrounding my vertebre, and I cannot remember the name of it. I have pain constantly in my muscles in my neck which I am not able to move up or down or turn my head. Muscle weakness in arms and legs and continual pain. They said it was rare in females.

I've always wondered why someone would drink gross Nyquil, when you can buy over the counter sleep aids just about anywhere. I know this is a weird question, but hey it's not like no ones asked a weird question here before...

I have been taking Nyquil for about a year and a half. I started when I quit a terrible hydrocodone addiction 15-17 pills a day for about 2 years. I started on the methadone program but still felt I needed something to sleep. I had no idea that the nyquil was habit forming until it was too late. Now I feel sick if I miss my nightly dose. I want to stop taking it, but i'm not sure the best way.

dizzy, headaches, tired, nausea, lower abdominal pain, shivers, hearts beat fast(every now and then before or during sleep), uncontrollable shakes, uniary tract infections but unknown cause for them. Tried to give blood but couldnt because of low iron the blood.
