If you go out and get really, really wasted some night, and feel like crap, is it better to make yourself puke, or to just feel terrible all night? Please only respond if you have medical experience.
Is it any easier on your body if you puke after drinking rather than keeping it down?
(I'm not asking about hangovers or "feeling better," but rather if it's any better for your body. To put it another way...is it more harmful for your body to try to not puke after a night of heavy drinking?)
