You'll get a big sugar buzz for a while and then crash and feel really tired. You might feel nausea and headache and mentally 'off' too. Temporarily.
I was diagnosed hypoglycemic but sometimes I can't help myself- I love ice cream and the sugar-free stuff tastes lame. When I do have a bit of a sugar binge, I usually feel drowsy and tired the next day since I don't sleep well from the sugar buzz. I find it also lowers my immune system, so if there are colds or flus going around, I'll for sure get them and feel run down in general.
But it's not dangerous or anything, so just try and rest and wait it out.

Hypoglycemic means that you dont have enough sugar in your system so it shouldnt do too much. It will probably give you a huge up then drop you like a rock and make you feel tired.

When you eat too much sugar, you get hyperglycemic, not hypoglycemic. Hypoglycemia is caused by having too little glucose (sugar) in your bloodstream.
Are you diabetic? If so, check your blood sugar. If it's high, treat yourself according to what your doctor prescribed If it's low, drink some orange juice or a sugared soda.
Have you been diagnosed with reactive hypoglycemia? That's when your body overcompensates when you eat sugar, producing too much insulin, and causing your blood sugar to fall quickly after eating. If so, drink some orange juice and have a high protein snack (peanut butter, tuna fish, etc). That will help to stabilize your blood sugar.
If you don't have any medical conditions, and just ate too much sugar, just wait it out. Lots of people feel sick after eating lots of sugar; it should pass soon. If this is a frequent problem for you, you should see a doctor soon, to rule out any serious health problems.

Hypoglycemia is generally considered to be a pre-diabetes indicator. You should try to keep your sugar intake under control. Nothing will probably happen, but until the effects are passed I would avoid driving.
