Have talked to a doctor about getting blood work done to check for anemia or diabetes? The best thing to do is start by what you eat regulate your carbs and add more protien. carbs give you that boost then drop you down. Set a sleeping schedule, if you can go to bed at the same time everynight, avoid eating before bed. exercise in the morning to get your energy up for the rest of the day. believe it or not exercising has a lot to do with fatigue. invest in a good multi vitamin ProPax works very well but it is a little expensive. you can look it up on the web

1.) Sleep in multiples of 1.5 hours e.g 6 or 7.5 or 9 hours. The optimum is 7.5 hours.
2.) Its good to do 30 to 40 mins of exercise every day. Do some light exercises like walking or an easy jog. Make sure you sweat a little.
3.) Breathe deeply. When breathing in push your tummy out and when breathing out push your tummy in.

Go to your doctor and have a check up. Fatigue can be a symptom of a more serious problem.
