YOU KNOW THE WORST INVENTION IN THE WORLD IS THE ALARM CLOCK. IT CAUSES MORE PEOPLE TO BE TIRED THAN ANYTHING. YOU SHOULD SLEEP AS LONG AS YOUR BODY TELLS YOU WHEN YOU NEED TO SLEEP YOU NEED TO TURN OFF THE PHONE AND TURN OFF THE CLOCK AND JUST SLEEP WHEN YOU HAVE HAD ENOUGH YOUR BODY WILL WAKE YOU UP

I am retired and I just love a good mid-afternoon snooze. I usually snooze for about an hour. So, what is your normal nap time and for how long?

i guess you should nap for an hour or maybe an hour and a half .
i usually nap for this long and I'm a dancer too .
