Now that you work at the reactor, you must be extremely careful about what you drink. Obviously you have gotten hold of some heavy water.
Prepare yourself for rapid hair loss and glowing skin. On the plus side, gigantism is a common side affect.

Stop licking the walls in your house; they probably have trace amounts of lead in the paint which also shows up in your urine. Lead is heavy too.
Maybe that will stop the brain damage. Ha ha! Just kidding mostly...

You're not drinking enough fluids. Urine should be slightly yellow to clear. You know what they say, 8-10 glasses of water daily, more if you work out heavily..

If you are drinking lots of water as is the normal answer to this problem and it persists, then maybe you are eating too high a protein diet and, or you could be a diabetic without knowing it, get yourself checked out.

it must be because you are not drinking enough water , if you don't then the toxins that leave your system makes your urine turn yellow . so i think you should try to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day .

Better question: How in the world do you know your urine is heavy? Who weighs their urine?

what do you mean heavy? Did you get the specific gravity tested? or do you just mean very dark yellow? That's not heavy.
If it's just yellow, then drink more water. If you've actually had it tested and the SG is high, then you need to see a nephrologist.

As everyone else is saying: WATER... However, if you're drinking plenty of water, it could be an excess of iron... or another vitamin issue... Good luck.
