Don't know, but I do also usually around noon. I also poop the same time every day right after morning coffee, maybe it is just a neurologic reflex.
I always thought that two thirty (tooth hurty) was time to go to the dentist.

Hmmm...do you work in an office and sit by a window? Does the sun come shining in that window at say 2:30 pm?
The sun can make you sneeze. Other than that, I can't think of anything...unless something in your routine involves some kind of trigger for an allergen of some kind.

Where are you at when you are sneezing? It might be something in the air, fabrics etc. If your sneezing at the same time in a different place then it would sound like a mental quirk.

Its a circadian rhythm. Things that you do at a certain time become a habit. Probably your respiratory tract is irritated at that hour by an irritant. Either the room temperature gets cold or some other thing. You have to locate it yourself.

Perhaps there's something blooming at that time of day where you are. Does it happen in different places?
