I used to wear contacts alot and i always figured it was dust or the contacts themself were scratched. but then several years ago i switched to glasses, and now i know its not from the contacts. they move around as i try to look at it, after an eye exam the doctor couldn't notice anything either. its like 2 seperate thingys, and they haven't grown or move since like 5 years ago.

I have been under a major amount of stress and haven't been able to stay asleep at night. I fall asleep and about 2-3 hours later wake up and cant fall back to sleep. Its not like I start thinking, I just lay there saying "ive got to go back to sleep" or toss and turn and sleep so lightly I hear everything in the house. I AM SOOOO TIRED. I do not want to take meds. Anything I can do? Do not be rude or perverted.

My Stats: hair- some pubic and some armpit, grew 4 inches since the summer of 2005, I think my breasts are starting to develop, but I didn't have any discharge yet. I'm turning 13 on Thursday Oct. 5th.

I love drinking milk and having it in cereal, but it gives me a weird stomach ache every time I drink it. Should I still drink it? The rest of my family isn't lactose intolerant, so I don't think my mom would buy special milk.

ok, you know that special liquid the eye doctor gives you..to put on the contacts....ok lets say..its 20 degrees outside..its freezing cold..water freezes..but will the contacts in your eye freeze, and plus with that liquid inside your eye

i figure your contacts would freeze in your eye and crack..and get stuck to your eye..and thats the scary part..cause im going to get contacts soon.

I am in extreme pain. I had a sigmoidoscopy two weeks and two days ago. It was just an investigation of the bowel to see why I had an anal absus some time back. They found nothing linking to that but took away one hemmoroid and sent me on my way. I had a bowel movement 2 weeks ago. It was painful but possible. Then when I went to go again I started get pain better known as agony. Two weeks today has passed since I moved my bowels. The pain is perisitant and is sometimes spasming making it worse. Of course I am really incomfortable too. It is agonising to even pass wind and can only do so when standing on my left leg. no joke. The pain is all on right side. I have been to four emergency wards and back to surgeon. They don't seem to hear. I feel I have obstruction like absess again so impossible 2 go. They just keep pumping me with laxatives and enemas. Nothing works. They keep sending me home. How long can I live without going to the loo. I feel they are being cruel

I'm just getting over a nasty cold, and as usual, I've got a cold sore starting up (in the regular spot I always get one, right at the base of my nose). Seeing as my family doctor is in my hometown about an hour away, and I don't have a prescription cold sore medicine on my file at the pharmacy, I thought I'd give Abreva a shot and see how it works.

So my question is....
Has anyone used Abreva for cold sore treatment, and was it effective?
