Definitely get to a doctor or the ER if it's already night when you're reading these. Be insistent--but polite or they'll feel ticked off as though you're personally attacking them--and tell them all these details. Have it written down before you go, if possible, so you don't miss any of the details when repeating them. Be sure to include the names of all the laxatives and enemas if you know them.
It sounds as though you're impacted. I assume you've been eating somewhat normally since the sigmoidoscopy and now it's stuck in the upper bowels. The spasms are from the gas that's built up. As much as you want to, don't bear down when trying to have a bowel movement--you can cause hemorrhoids which will make things worse.
A simple x-ray of the abdomen can show the impaction. The only thing that's going to work--and it's unpleasant for you and the doctor--is for him to manually remove the fecal matter. Hopefully it's not too complicated and surgery won't be necessary. In the meantime, if you do feel like eating, try to eat fiberous material--fresh fruit, veggies, etc. Try to avoid things like bread.
There's no excuse for their not listening to you. You need to be assertive. If you're in too much pain (you don't say so, but sometimes it can get to the point where you can't even sit comfortably), get a close friend or family member to go with you to interfere with the medical staff. If the regular ER staff doctors won't help, ask firmly to talk to the head of that department.
Good luck. I know you feel really bad. Stressing out is going to make you feel worse, so do your best to relax.

That is too long to go without having a bowel movement. A few days is awhile, but no worries, any longer and you need to make some changes. First, try some over the counter laxatives. Mira-lax is a good, mild one. This can be embarrassing to talk to your parents about, but it's better than getting an enema. As others recommended, make sure you're eating enough fiber. Whole grains and raw leafy veggies are good sources of this. As are oatmeal and many cereals. These are to prevent this from happening again. In the meantime, try the Mira lax. If that doesn't do the trick, then you should definitely see a doctor. If you do experience pain, make sure you tell your parents, because you may need to see a doctor sooner. You just posted this to the world via the Internet, you can tell your parents. They might even keep some laxatives in the medicine cabinet. Good luck.

RE:
HELP!!! No Bowel Movement in 2 WEEKS!?
I am in extreme pain. I had a sigmoidoscopy two weeks and two days ago. It was just an investigation of the bowel to see why I had an anal absus some time back. They found nothing linking to that but took away one hemmoroid and sent me on my way. I had a bowel movement 2 weeks ago. It was...

Go to your regular family doctor or primary doctor and tell him/her the situation and inform them you are very concerned that you may have an obstruction and request they order an ultrasound. If he/she refuses tell him/her that you want it documented clearly in your patient chart that you came in with this complaint and this request and it was denied. Most likely, the thought of a malpractice suit if something extreme did happen will make them write you the order for the test.

This is terrible, sounds like something is most definitely wrong, with all the discomfort you have been through its no wonder you are unable to pass anything, try eating alot of fibre, drink prune juice, check health sites. I wish I could give you more advice. I hope you get through this soon.

Get to the doctor, but also try to drink apple juice, water, and orange juice. You may need an enema.
