after effects of having nissen fundoplication surgery?

My wife had it done a little over 2 years ago.
1) Don't eat bread for some time. For some reason, it caused a horrible pain in her shoulders.

2) Be prepard for it to hurt like all get out for about three days afterward.

3) If you get pregnant after, it may undo the surgery. So we have a 2 year old and she still has acid reflux.
