I meditate, exercise and limit caffeine to one or two servings a day, yet I feel as though my heart is racing and pounding in my throat several times a day for extended periods of time each time. I am taking Geodon 40mg/day, Topomax 25mg/day, and Cymbalta 66mg/day. Any help will be very much appreciated.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I just have this thinking in my head, that when one masturbates, they lose alot of energy and become physically weak? Is this true? I masturbate frequently, like maybe once a day, but then I don't for 3-4 days. The longest I go is like 1 week. I know it needs will power, but as I'm already curious about my weight, I think does Masturbate really badly affect someone? Like if you have food, something healthy, or drink milk..does it go towards the sperm you create, and once you ejaculate that sperm, you've wasted that glass of milk? Know what I mean? In food terms, how much is one orgasm like equivalent too? Maybe a glass of milk or some peanuts? I read somewhere before, Sorry for this silly question but I thought if I can't ask on here, where else hey? lol.

Ive had one professional swedish massage before and it was pretty good but a little light. Im wanting to go back for another and have heard a little about deep tissue massages. I have fairly good muscle tone and generally like deeper amateur massages (from gf's or whatever), and Im wondering is a deep tissue ok just for relaxation like Im after, or is it just for sports induced tension? Or maybe I can ask for a deep-swedish, if theres such a thing?

yeah my little sister just gave birth to a baby boy this week.... and they gave her and epadermal (sorry dont know how to spell it) and they messed up twice... one was done wrong and the secound they forgot to take the air out of the needle... now due to that she has a air bubble in her brain... and im just wondering is that anything like a anersym(sorry again i cant spell)

ok,i just went and got another pair of contacts from eye dr. and he gave me them in the lil plastic case they come in with the writing on the back that says like -1 and -1.50 and i got them mixed up with one another..there both still in the pack but i just dont know which one goes in which eye.
i do know that my left eye is better than my right so what strength would go in which eye...
would the -1 go in my stronger eye or would the -1.5?
