-1.5 is your weaker vision, so the -1 would go in your left eye, because that is your stronger eye. When I first got contacts, I had like -1.5 and -2 vision or something and I always put the -1.5 in both eyes, because I had no idea that the different ones were for different eyes. Lol, stupid me. Now, I'm like -2.25 (GR!)...but yeah the -1 goes in your left eye and the -1.5 goes in your right eye...good luck! ^_^

The -1 would go in the stronger eye. The higher the number, the stronger the prescription.

ask your eye doctor. Mine writes an L on the one that goes in the left eye and an R on the right eye because they are two different prescriptions.

The higher the number the stronger the perscription. So use the -1.5 for your weaker eye.

Put them in and cover the left eye if the right eye is still a little blurry then you have them switched.

You need the -1.5 in your weaker, or right, eye. The lower the number (-1.5 is lower than -1.0) the stronger the prescription.

Put them both in the same eye, that way you know one of them is right.
