-1.5 is your weaker vision, so the -1 would go in your left eye, because that is your stronger eye. When I first got contacts, I had like -1.5 and -2 vision or something and I always put the -1.5 in both eyes, because I had no idea that the different ones were for different eyes. Lol, stupid me. Now, I'm like -2.25 (GR!)...but yeah the -1 goes in your left eye and the -1.5 goes in your right eye...good luck! ^_^

ask your eye doctor. Mine writes an L on the one that goes in the left eye and an R on the right eye because they are two different prescriptions.

The higher the number the stronger the perscription. So use the -1.5 for your weaker eye.

Put them in and cover the left eye if the right eye is still a little blurry then you have them switched.

You need the -1.5 in your weaker, or right, eye. The lower the number (-1.5 is lower than -1.0) the stronger the prescription.

the plastic case should have L for left or R for right look on the case and it will tell you.

try them on and if you can't see swich them around or you could just call the vision center and find out wich is stronger.
