I have a prescription that reads "TAKE ONE TABLET TWICE
DAILY" Is that every 8 hours or every 12 hours.

I could never find the answer to this question. Its especiually bad when I first wake up. Is this normal ?? I wish my noony once a week at the creek so i dont know why im going through this. Im baffled and dont have an answer.

My three year old want to get her ears pierced and every time we bring her to get it done she chickens out as soon as she sees the piercing tool. She asks daily but chickens out every time. Anyone know of a good easy way to get her ears pierced ?? Thanks

Is there a way to prevent muscle spasms, and before they occur? If not, is there a way to stop them before too much muscle is damaged? It seems I have a muscle spasm, particularly in my calves, every month or two. It almost always occurs in the morning when I am beginning to wake up...and of course there is no way to stop it....I hit it, squeeze it...it runs its course no matter what I do to try and stop it. I'm usually gritting my teeth and clutching my leg by the time it stops.....it is very painful. The aftermath is having an incapacitated leg for almost a week. Someone told me to stick a needle right into the muscle....does that work? I am afraid I will tear and have an even MORE painful problem if I try that. What are my options?!?

My brother died in July, we have been waiting for the aptopsy report for over 6 weeks now. All they can tell us so far is this.

he was diabetic and was facing alot of difficulties there. Was in the hospital the month before with infection in foot and broke due to week bones and kidneys failing him, and anemic. His blood sugar was not steady. One day high the next not. He has eye surgery the day before he passed away at home. He was looking into a second opinion about the removal of his foot due to infections. any help would be great.
