T-coils use magnetic frequency (I believe) and there is technology out there as I have heard of other people doing this but I don't even know where to begin.

Are you trying to loop your car to hear the stereo or other people in the car?

I think it would be easier to get a personal FM system that you can use while in the car, you can give the microphone/transmitter to your passenger and you use the receiver with your hearing aids on T or MT position. That way if you are in a different car you can take your system with you, and can also use the system if you go to lectures or meetings.
