Depends on what kind of teas you are talking about. Many kinds of teas contain very heavy amount of caffeine. Herb teas are usually light and caffeine free.
MINT is said to have a calming effect for your digestive system.

Not if it has caffeine in it. Your better off with 7-up.I saw a lot of people mention peppermint, I have seen many specialist for my stomach problems and have been told to avoid anything with mint, chocolate and caffeine.Hope you feel better!

yes, if you aren't allergic. Most people (if allergic to ragweed), are allergic to chamomile. Peppermint is best for upset tummys.
