I wrote a question acouple days ago... about my lymph-edema of my legs and feet. There was a nice lady that is a Nurse and physical therpy nurse for over 25 years.. told me contact her..but did not leave no contact address. So If you are her please contact me..back at honeygram_47@yahoo.com
She sounded very helpful in giving me some hope and relief of the pain I am in daily.

PS I'm 6 ''2 and weight 182lbs. However, I'm thinking of gaining another 10lbs, that's why I'm asking!

ok i think i 1 degree sunburn and my mom put aelo on but today i put peeled the dry skin and im pink and my mom says my skin might be screwd for life. and i have aelo on right now.

any ideas of what i should do?

No matter what I just can't fall asleep at night. I've tryed almost everything. Doing physical excerise, drinking tea, reading a book and now I'm thinking about taking sleep medication since nothing seems to work. I would rather not take any medication so if you have any tips they would be much appreciated.

I just recently got some 10 mg tablets of Diazepam.
Mylan 477s and they're just not doing much for me.
I noticed while looking closely at the pill that was pitted not smooth like other tablets.

My 3 year old daughter got ahold of my pop and drank from it. Unfortunately I have a cold sore that just showed up that morning. My drink did have a straw and I tend to not let straws touch my cold sore. Is there a chance that my daughter could get them now?

Well I just got back from the first day of senior high today, all the buildings are seperated so I have to walk in the blazing hot UV index 10 sun. I was wondering if I should go to school with sun screen on everyday since I walk a few minutes between classes in the sun. Porbably about 2-3 minutes between classes for 7 periods which adds up to about 14-21 cumulative minutes in the sun. When I get home though, no sun for me. I was wondering if this is a safe amount of daily exposure? Am I just worring too much lol, because I'm one of those lucky guys with a "clean" face, I dont want all that sun damage showing up >.<
