Hi, It is o.k. for you to wash your hair everyday, as long as you are using a gentle shampoo. One I recomend would be Biolage Energizing shampoo and conditioner. It is made for fine hair and gives it body. The sores on your head could be from not rinsing your hair good enogh. You might want to check into it though it could also be psoriasis. Hope this helps!!

Shampooing too often strips the scalp of the natural oils it makes in order to keep your hair healthy. I would recommend every other day, or maybe every two days. Also, using a hair dryer too often can make hair dry and brittle. Air/towel drying as often as you can.

As to your sores? Well I think it might be wise to take that inquiry to a dermatologist in order to get a more educated answer. You might want to start using products that are friendlier to sensitive skin.

Not sure about the sores, but there should be no problem washing your hair daily. My hair is fine, too, and I shampoo every day.

As for blow-drying, don't set the heat too high or hold the dryer too close to your scalp.
