Your "tiredness" may be contributed by a number of reasons...and the best way to find yours is by proccess of elimination. Generally people become tired or fatigued because they are either getting not enough sleep OR too much sleep (over-charged...leading to a burn-out)...or you may be overly-worried about something happening within your life which may be beyond your control. The most common cause of tiredness among a majority of people is a "chemical-imbalance" which can be corrected with the proper medication. If you are suffering from a chemical-imbalance, finding the correct medication (following the lengthy proccess of first being diagnosed) may require some time. If you are not on medication now, prepare to be on it in the time to come.

You need to see a doctor to determine the cause.
1. You could be anemic, which makes you tired with no energy.
2. You could have cancer.
3. You could be missing crucial vitamins from your diet.
4. You could have sleep apnea, causing you to wake up frequently during the night, which makes you more tired.
5. You could be pregnant, which depletes your energy.

Bottom line is, you have to go see the doc to get the right tests done to find out.

Diet, exercise, sleep and vitamins all need to be well balanced. The heat will take it out of you at this time of year. Too much sleep can make you tired too.

too much stress can also do that. Most people are aware of how much stress they have in their life, until they just STOP and let it all go.
