they come from in grown hairs, they do this and get infected sometimes they have to go really deep when they cut it out. this home remedy does work. take a piece of real salty pork and put it on at night and a bandage or band aid to hold it. next morning it will be gone, the salt draws the eye of the boil and the infection out into your bandage. do it again the next night to make sure it is gone. this way you will not have a hole there.
