I have headaches, and sometimes in the shower it gets hard to breath and it feels like i need to sit down really quick, i have to re-read sentences like 3 times to understand it. Whats wrong?

In my neighborhood, at work, at mall, at hangouts, I rarely see people with obesity problem, even though people are in all kinds of shapes, and most don't look like Hollywood celerbrities. I also see tons of people going to gym, or jogging wherever I go in America. Yet, I hear about this alarming increase in obesity rate in the news and TV. Isn't this American obesity epidemic somewhat exaggerated??? Maybe to boost health care or fitness industry? Or do most real obese people just stay in door and not work and staty on some sort of financial support?

ok theres this guy i really really like. hes very sweet and nice to me. idk if he likes me or not but he acts like he does. (he wants me to pick him up so we can go to a pool, he wants me to meet him at a fair we r having in a couple days to. + he flirts alot with me at school.) but i dont know if its all a trick with him and his buddies cause some of his buds r like that. do u think he likes me? or not? please help! (p.s. im 12 almost 13)

i have been throwing up for the past hour, i feel very sick, im shaking form head to toe, my stomach hurts, and i seem to have gotten everything (all the food from today) out of my system. I drank some water to get the taste out of my mouth, but then within 5-10 minutes i throw up the water too, please help asap, i dont know what to do, is it worth a trip to the doctors? any food u could recommend? anything will help, please thanks.

I know this pain is not a "female" problem because I had a complete hysterectomy years ago. My abdomen is tender to the touch and even hurts when I bend over. It can't be acute appendicitis because it has happened off and on over the last 6 months or so. Could it be chronic appendicitis?

In addition, my back on that side hurts when I sit to the side in my recliner. It almost feels like a muscle is knotted up there, but my massage therapist says she doesn't feel that.

Last week I was having some cramping on that whole side.

Does Irritable Bowel Syndrome present itself this way?
