as far as the depression part: damiana is one of the ingreadiants in zantrex for treating depression but there are other ways to treat depression st. john's wort is over the counter and you dont need a script for it. i do not reccomend a diet supplement to treat depression as it is loaded with cafffine and once you quit taking it you can crash really bad
