In my neighborhood, at work, at mall, at hangouts, I rarely see people with obesity problem, even though people are in all kinds of shapes, and most don't look like Hollywood celerbrities. I also see tons of people going to gym, or jogging wherever I go in America. Yet, I hear about this alarming increase in obesity rate in the news and TV. Isn't this American obesity epidemic somewhat exaggerated??? Maybe to boost health care or fitness industry? Or do most real obese people just stay in door and not work and staty on some sort of financial support?

I see a lot of fat people. I also see a lot of short muscular men (short men seem to lift weights in order to compensate for their stature). Short strong people may register as overweight on BMI scale and overweight short strong people could easily appear to be obese. The same holds true for muscular people of all sizes.

experience by using any greater often than not black or hispanic community and what type of eating places do you notice? you will see no longer something yet speedy food...McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, White fort, KFC, fried food this and fried food that. yet once you experience by using a white community, there are much greater healthful alternatives of ingredients like Smoothie bars, Salads r us, vegetables shops that sell organic and organic this and that. White communities even grant astonishing sit down eating places with healthful food possibilities like Houston's, TGI Friday's, Cheesecake production unit and Ruth Chris. Plus, in white factors there is mostly a wellbeing club on each nook and that encourages them to artwork out. i haven't seen many gyms in any respect interior the hispanic and black community and that i haven't seen any organic and organic something yet you could guess you will see a lot of liquor shops, gun shops and speedy food. humorous component is, there are various Blacks and Hispanics ingesting on the sit down eating places that i discussed yet they had to commute to the white communities to get there. So why do no longer they have those comparable ingesting alternatives of their communities? elementary...by way of fact their communities are designed to set them up for failure.

Nope. When I was a kid, the kids were not fat like they are now. If you were slightly over weight, you were called fat. But now, you see lots of really fat kids. That is from the ME Generation feeding their kids anything they want.
