I'm having this to help with my anxiety but only have been a couple of times so far. Has anyone else had this therapy before and does it really help? My level of anxiety is very high so I don't believe it will help much.

My roommate (and good friend) who has always been an affectionate, caring, compassionate, intelligent person, has recently been exhibiting some very strange behavior. She has been spending more and more time with a guy who is controlling, and who won't come around any of her friends. She says that it's because he's afraid we won't like him. Now she has made the rather impulsive decision to move away from her friends and close to him, and her behavior continues to get stranger. She won't spend time with anyone but him, she's cold and shut off emotionally when we try to tell her that we are concerned, and she's cutting ties with everyone she's close to. I recently discovered (without her knowledge) that she is taking Prozac. I know for a fact that she wasn't taking it a month ago. My question is, is it likely that these new behaviors are due to the drugs?

I think that I might need to take anti deprssants or something to regulate my moods I get very angry and have mood swings and I take it out on my bf who does not deserve it at all. But I dont want to become dependent on the medication how safe are they and how do I know if I am taking the right ones?

Maybe a silly question but Im not sure if Id actually end up killing myself? I fantasize about it often and am very depressed. Im not who I used to be. I think I wouldnt because I have two small living kids and Im actualyl afriad of death. Am I still likely to go through with it? Or will I just continue on depressed?

I had about the hardest time of all night last night including all this morning my step-mom went to Mesquite, Nevada to gamble and she said she will be back in a couple hours to run some things off until she left at 12:00 pm yesterday and did not come home until 2:00 AM this morning although my dad was really upset about it. Anyways she talked to my dad about her problem and everything went ok. Although i woke-up at 6AM on January 2nd when my brother told me that he was having bad dreams then he went back to sleep i tryed but i could not so yes i was up over 24 hrs.
My question is that what will happen if anyone like myself stays up late without any sleep what will ur body do without any sleep?

I've been having bad dreams about every other night and I'm not sure what I can do to stop them. During the day, everything seems just fine so I'm not sure what is the problem. A friend said that it is because I'm on many daily medications and it depresses me. I've heard of imagery rehearsal but how does it work exactly?

The day before I had a dream about this WEIRD boy that had a crush on me >< he would hug me without permission and he would follow me and stalk me everywhere. It was CREEPY.

If they thought I was crazy before if I can not recover from this well they'll find out what crazy is. I was not sick but in mourning for my dead aborted childern. If there is no cure then crazy will be my middle name. How can I recover what has been stolen from me, I know I can't get the kids back Anyone who is a quote expert is pyschology or its pseudo science I'd like a heads up. I called it that because you can not do a double blind study in psychology it just will not work!

Has anyone been successful in treating their childs ADHD without medication but by changing their childs diet or another method in treating the problem if so what did you do? i'm in search of treatment for my son but medication is a last resort.

I am being forced Bipolar Meds which I do not like taking, I find certain music in my case traditional catholic music songs, (not that new charismatic garbage) keeps me calm? Might this possibly be a treatment for MY Bipolar in place of less meds or no meds at all?
