I've been having bad dreams about every other night and I'm not sure what I can do to stop them. During the day, everything seems just fine so I'm not sure what is the problem. A friend said that it is because I'm on many daily medications and it depresses me. I've heard of imagery rehearsal but how does it work exactly?

(sorry, I believe i posted this half an hour ago...but I didn't see it)

I've been having bad dreams about every other night and I'm not sure what I can do to stop them. During the day, everything seems just fine so I'm not sure what is the problem. A friend said that it is because I'm on many daily medications and it depresses me. Even more people say that I should pray and read the bible. I just recently began believing satanic beliefs..would that be a cause? I've also heard of imagery rehearsal but how does it work exactly?

Dreams are a way that God speaks to people sometimes. I've heard of people thinking their dreams were bad until they had them interpreted by someone. I reccomend prayer and reading the Bible and also getting around good people. Get all negativity out of your life!

K, first responce... it's a dream catcher.

My answer would be to pray before going to bed. Ward of the evil thoughts.. even if you don't believe in the eternal struggle between good and evil, this will set your mind in the right direction mentally.
