i m 23 years old.I am working in a software company.last year some family problem happened and first time i felt severe pain in my head its like too much strain ,heated up head.and when it is too severe l like too much dipressed.And my head will brust up.And i donot have any expressions just a still face with no smile.sometimes it lasts for several days.I am not able to come out of it.I have created a thought in my mind that this will not go for the whole life.I start feeling it even if this is not happening to me.usually i start feeling it.It donot start itself.and then it donot goes upto several days.Then its too difficult to bear it .It is happening since almost 1 year.I m very much dippressed.Now i donot have any other problem in my life.I am just lost in this fear.Please Help me if u can.I will be highly thankfull to you

ok, at night, when i'm awaik, i sometimes.,...hear voices, i mean like someone calling my name! i'm not kidding around, i really need advice on what to do, because it's starting to scare me! like i am just laying in bed, and everynight, i hear a different voice call my name alex, and i sit up and look around, but nothing is there, nor does anything happen, so i don't know what wrong with me! aside from having tiny visions that come true, this is the only thing freaking me out, and the deja vu happening all the time freaks me out too [i get it like 2 times a day! deja vu

My psychiatrist told me I could not be on antianxiety medication if I was not on an antidepressant as well. Has anyone else ever been told this? I feel anxiety, but I do not feel depressed.

Six month's ago, My daughter's best friend's fiance killed himself 2 months before their wedding. Her close friend overdosed with alcohol and pain killers three months ago and now her other friend's brother killed himself tonight. I'm so concerned for her. She went to counseling with her best friend when the fiance killed himself and said it just made things worse. Any suggestions? I'm so scared with the pain she is enduring and the pain she endures for her friends She was just getting over the friend who overdosed and now this.

How many other people believe that self esteem and being confident is has nothing to do with how pretty you are...not trying to sound like an arrogant bi*tch..but im really attractive and i find it way more difficult to have self esteem and be confident because i always feel like people are judging me based on just my looks and not my personality or anything else..thats what ive gotten in the past..any thoughts?? and how should i overcome that fact that i will always have people staring me down..i feel so self conscious when people do that...and instead of it making me feel good it makes me feel insecure and awkward..ugggh...i dunno if anyone else out there has felt like this b4..

There r some people I know that just seem 2 have everything they could ever want. They say things 2 me (and sometimes 2 other people) that r just awful. They have nice houses, their families r pretty well off financially. They're very athletic and outgoing. And I know they're immature but lotsa people like them. I know that I'm not inferior than them but it just feels like it. Any advice?

I going to start Cognitive Behavioral Theray in a few weeks, and I don't want to take any medication.. I Pshcholtrist put me on Lexapro, and i have only taken 2 and feeling really bad.. So i decided not to take it anymore. I wanted to know if i can be sucessful with out medication???

Ps, i get panic attacks
