You're a young girl with I presume a good enough job. You had a family problem in the past, who among us don't have problems in life one time or the other. At the moment you do not face any problem as you yourself say. But you still feel insecure, fearful and stressed and strained. Why? I think you are the best person to answer this. My dear can anybody tell you what is going on in your mind that brings you to this state. Its your mind, your thoughts that are the cause of your trouble. I hope you realise that. No external situation can be the cause of your depression. While we all come across difficult and troublesome situations in life from time to time, but the reason that it causes depression and other physiological and psychological problems to us is our reaction to these situations. Our thoughts, our memories and the constant chattering of our mind is the cause of our worries. a certain situation comes and passes away but our mind captures it and keeps reminding and replaying it which is the cause of our worries. If you can understand this by being constantly aware and alert of what is going on in our mind from moment to moment you will see that your thoughts are playing up and taking you from the past to the future, not letting you dwell in the present which is troublefree and is never remaining constant. You must live in the present moment. This moment is the reality, the truth. Your understanding of your mind and your thoughts and how it works and takes you away from reality into a time that is past and to a time that is only in the imagaination, will show you the way out of your state. I do sincerely hope that you will not need medicines or professional help if you are able to do it yourself which is the easiest and most reliable way. However if you do still feel that you need professional help, you must go ahead and consult a psychiatrist.

It happens to a selected few who really dont have a proper differentiation between the brighter and the darker side of life. These kind of depression and strain is not worth thinking about at all. For example, if you fail in your examination today, Its worth crying and feeling for it for 5 minutes. But just remember that "Its happened and its gone, Its the past. There is nothing you can do to reverse the process". You cannot reverse the time cycle or the rotation of the earth to get back to the past and use a huge eraser to correct the mistakes you have committed in the past.
The most thrilling thing in life is to keep yourself strong and FOCUS ON THE FUTURE ALONE. People around you would not help out when your depressed. In other words, your sorrow is not shared, but your happiness is shared.
Find out the root cause for your problem. Take a paper and a pencil and jolt down key points to figure out the SOLUTION for the problem rather than to ponder on the PROBLEM itself. If you worry about the problem all the time then you would end up doing it all the time. The past is past. Its the future that matters. Focus on the future and keep moving ahead in life.
My friend, stop thinking about weird stuffs. Just relax. Listen to some cool music you like. Read books. Go to the kitchen and cook something. Distract yourself from this habit. Coz if it continues then life would be miserable.Buy a pet, enjoy a nice time with it. Go for a movie or a dinner.
And best of all. Find yourself a good friend like me and share in all your pain. Thats the best natural remedy for mental ailments. Trust me. It works. But be careful. I said a GOOD FRIEND.

Yahoo answers is not a place to be playing around with other people's minds. Notice how you spelled the word depression correctly the first time and wrong all the rest of the times. Over and out.

Please see a doctor at once. There may be a neuroligical problem that you need to get checked out. A lot of times stress can manifest itself with physical symptoms. I am not sure how to help, except for you to take deep breaths when this happens, in through the nose slowly, exhale through your mouth slowly. Deep slow breaths. This sometimes helps me calm down and also controls pain. Please see a doctor though. I am so sorry that you do not feel well. Best of luck to you and God Bless...

Obviously you have visited your Doctor to look for a solution. You say 'some' family problem. It means you are not ready to share that problem and are suffering due to that. I am not saying you should share that incident here. Share it with some one close to you. If yuo cannot share it with your mother or sister yuo must be having a close friend. if you dont..go and find one. Your problem is inside your mind. Release it and the headache will go.

You loose 5 factors for each question you ask. you will get 3 factors back once you %. the final answer you bought. That way it purely expenses you 2 factors to ask a query. Neat Ah. It has continuously been this sort.

Tell this to your doctor. They can help. If you are feeling this much depressed then they should know about it. If it is that important to you tell them what you just told us.
I would suggest seeing your doctor. try an anti depressant. There are different types for different symptoms. It may help a great deal.
