You are NOT LAZY. You are depressed. I share your pain, & I am experiencing everything you described in your question. I feel worthless, lazy, incapable, lost & stuck. I have been seeing a therapist for the last 3 months & stopped only because my coverage expired. One of the things my therapist helped me with was the feeling that I am lazy. She had me start making lists of all the things I felt I "SHOULD" be doing. As I worked my way through them, I would check things off. At the end of the week, I could look back, & see that I really was getting through things, it was just my perception, that was off.
I did a little research on you, via your previous questions. There's no suprise to me that you are depressed, & are feeling the way you do.
You might consider seeing a councillor yourself, there is no shame in that. For myself I view it as a kind of self-nurturing.
Don't blame yourself, you are the person that deserves your kindness the most.
He's not looking after you, well fine, you take extra good care of yourself & take up his slack.
Take things one day at a time, work through your issues gradually. Surround yourself with support, friends, relatives, church, spouse?!?
I hope to hear from you one day with a new screen name, changed from "Mouse" to "Lion"
All the Best

It seems like you have lost your motivation. Stop and look around and appreciate what you currently have because it could be worse. When you wake tomorrow and the rest of your life you have the choice to change things in your life regardless of what it is that brings you displeasure. There are three things that we all can think about everyday and only two of them we can control the outcome. The past, the present, and the future. You can't change the past. You have the choice to learn from it and put it behind you. You can control today and the future and believe me when I say "you can create anything you want in life if you make the necessary sacrifices to get what you really want. For me, I want complete hapiness and I create it everyday I wake up. Good luck.

There can be many reasons for this, but usually it's just plain ole depression. Try to seeou a psychiatrist if you don't get your motivation and energy back. They have great new meds for depression. If I didn't take them I'd never get out of bed or stop crying. When it lasts a long time there's usually a problem with your brain chemistry which can be fixed with the right stuff.
If you can't get motivated to see the doctor, force yourself to take a shower, or walk to the corner or around the block. Any change will charge you up a little and get you moving.
Please take steps to take care of it so it doesn't get worse.

Try to discover what changed in your life around the time that you started noticing the laziness. New friends, different eating habits, lifestyle change, change in medication........whatever it is and if it wasn't a positive change then go back to the way you were before. Or if it's something that you can't change then try to accept it and tell yourself you are the only one who controls how you feel and take back control of yourself. Good Luck

Try putting your life in perspective. Start with lists. Lists are fun when you're feeling lazy and not wanting to move much. List all the fun things you used to do, then list all the things you do now instead. Then list all the positive things in your life, then list the things negative in your life that you'd like to fix. Then take a baseball bat to the car window of the guy that pissed you off.. jk

Pick your self up, dust your self off and start all over again as the song goes - get back on the track.
Force you self to get busy again and you will pick up momentum as you go along.
I used to have students in my exercise class that would say, that they didn't feel like coming in, but after a work out they felt so much better. It's getting started that's hard, but you've got to make the effort.

Create a timetable and force yourself to follow.
You can also ask someone to join you in doing something so that you will feel motivated.

Help can come in many forms it may or may not be professional help. How about a friend or family member to help motivate you, or maybe exercise with, those endorphins can really help.
