Some people cry, some yell, some meditate, etc. Everyone has their own way of relieving stress. As long as your not harming yourself or others in any way, (physically or verbally), whatever works best for you is perfectly fine.

Yes! I always feel better after a good cry. It's a release. Also, deep breathing helps with stress. When I started a new job, I would go into the bathroom stall on my break and do some deep breathing. It works.

Everyone needs a good cry every now and then - just as most people need to scream once in a while. It just becomes a problem requiring medical attention if it is a constant thing.

yes, it is a good physical release. but you should also try to vent your problems of stress to someone else if you are so stressed that you have to cry.

crying is a great way to deal with stress -- if you feel like crying cry, there is no harm in it

I think so...when I am crying, I tend to go ahead and bring other things into the fray, letting is all go together...it works well for me...just don't let it go on and on.

yes crying is very healthy... holding back your feeling is not. Do not be afraid to cry because theirs nothing wrong with it :)

yes if is healthly take some deep breaths and try to do something relaxing good luck it will be okay!!
