Pain & Pain Management - December 2007

The siactic nerve pain for the past four weeks has put me in the worst pain of my life. If the siactic pain is caused by a slipped disc can it also press against the colan causing excessive bowel movements. The pain seems to stem from the tail bone area. I also do a lot of sitting at the computer. Can anyone answer this question for me

I have a shoulder-neck pain and sometimes on the stomach...it doesnt hurt if I dont laugh, touch it or breathe (usually deep breathes).... I always get this kind of pain but never like this... Its so uncomfortable and annoying...What should i do??
***And i dont deal with stress coz im still a teenager... no pressure...^^ ****

Can anyone tell me why my wifes feet are so cold they hurt, even if the temp is not cold. She wears heavy socks in the house and can't keep warm. It is unbearable to ride in the car with her in the winter because the heater must be kept at near molten rock temperatures. Is there a cure -- please

Lyrica( spelling may be wrong) is the first fibromyalgia drug approved by the government. It sure seems to help the pain. Since Chronic Fatigue and Fibromaylgia are considered to be the same, try it for chronic fatigue too. Have you tried it and did it work for you?

Everytime i make a quick movement i get these wierd sharp itches that feel liek needles poking me. I have no i dea what this is! i havetried lotionbut its no good. I used to bea jock in 8th grade. i mean A team Basketball Mile track jock. Imin high school now and dont really play sports as much. Maybe thats the case. Ok, I am a 21 year old man, slightly overweight. I do smoke. I am having some problems, and it would be great if someone could help me out.

Ok, I have TMJ in my right side of my mouth (TMJ started acting up again about 5 or 6 days ago) . Not sure if that has anything to do with that, but about 2 days ago, I started feeling this slight resonating pain 2-3 times in a row for 2-3 seconds, every 15-20 seconds. Like it starts off strong, and quickly fades away in all directions. It is located under the right side of my right breast. like by that bone right under the right breast.

The pain, till about 10 minutes ago, just resonates around that area, but now I can feel the resonating pain travel up to my back and in a 5 inch radius from the spot it originates from. I am hoping it doesn't have anything to do with my lungs, because breathing seems fine, and breathing does not cause the pain.

alright, so i have weird pains in my arms, hands, wrists, fingers...

i'll just start randomly hurting.. my elbows (at different times) will hurt.. then later my finger joints and my finger tips.. and then my forearm bones.. my thumbs.. and where my arm connects with my shoulder.. it's like.. not a shooting pain but a not-so-dull pain..



i know that arthritis is like, in your joints.. but if it's not arthritis then what is it?

Yesterday I decided to do some push-ups, first set 20x,second set 12x, third set 5x, and fourth 10x. All of them add up to 47x. However it not much, but I haven't done push-ups in years, but I do work out like once a week or month.
Anyways, I woke up with a very painful right arm, but my left are isn't that painful at all. I have to use mouse and type with only my left hand...anf help? please...tyvm.

I want to get a surgery that can remove my frenum but you have to be 17 for it. And im only 15. I have a girlfriend and we've been together for 2 years. In out 2 years we only had sex about 5 times. im 21 years old im a healthy male. 6 foot 185 pounds athletic built. about 10 days ago my heart was beating extremly fast i felt dizzy i had palpulations so i went to the hospital they took my blood for tests and did an EKG and said its an anxiety attack... im not stressed about anything or depressed how can i have an anxiety attack?so why still 10 days later i have lack of apetite some back and neck pain( mild), could it be that is all in my head?

I will be going under general anesthesia in 5 days and I know that I am not supposed to go forward with the surgery if I am sick. The evening after i went in for the pre-op (yesterday), I noticed this bump behind my right ear. I am guessing it may be a lymph node? I don't feel sick at all. If I feel fine could this have any effect on my surgery or will I be all right? I guess I'm mostly concerned about a weakened immune system.
