Ok, I am a 21 year old man, slightly overweight. I do smoke. I am having some problems, and it would be great if someone could help me out.

Ok, I have TMJ in my right side of my mouth (TMJ started acting up again about 5 or 6 days ago) . Not sure if that has anything to do with that, but about 2 days ago, I started feeling this slight resonating pain 2-3 times in a row for 2-3 seconds, every 15-20 seconds. Like it starts off strong, and quickly fades away in all directions. It is located under the right side of my right breast. like by that bone right under the right breast.

The pain, till about 10 minutes ago, just resonates around that area, but now I can feel the resonating pain travel up to my back and in a 5 inch radius from the spot it originates from. I am hoping it doesn't have anything to do with my lungs, because breathing seems fine, and breathing does not cause the pain.

Also I wanted to point out that three days ago, I was furiously trying to get 2 bolts loose for a flat tire on my car, and that caused a severe back ache for about 2 days, and after about some Advil and warm shower theraphy, it got better, but thats around when this pain began, but it may not be that.

I am not sure what the problem could be, I do tend to eat at night, basically due to working the graveyard shift, I have small lunch at 6 PM, a half plate of rice and chicken 8/9, and then the other half of the plate at like 2 AM, with a can of Coke Zero. I have been doing this for about 3-4 months, but just 2 days ago I started feeling this pain.

I was thinking it has to do with gas, that is when I realized I havent really passed THAT much gas lately, so I went to the bathroom for a few dumps, and forcefully passed some gas yesterday night, and, I dont know, I guess it felt better. Then today, about 11 hours ago I noticed it again, although it was slight. Well in the past 2-3 hours it has gotten more frequent. About 3 hours ago I took some generic Antigas/Antiacid. I dont think it made a differnece. I am also experiencing some slight resonating pain in my brain by right eye.

Sometimes gas can get caught around that area. I've had it happen a couple times. Another possibility (example only) could be that of a condition called costochondritis which is an inflammation of the cartillage around the ribcage and can cause symptoms that make one think they are having a heart attack in some cases. Or as in my case the doctor thought that I might have had something called left lung disease.

Because of the other symptoms you have going on I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
