lower right hand side of ur back. go to c a doctor now. they will give u medicine to get rid of the infection, or find out whats wrong. good luck.

Kidneys are in your lower back, just above the butt on each side.
Drink a lot of water to flush them out.

most usually your lower back will ach when it is your kidneys, your bladder however will hurt when you try to urinate by stings and the urge to have to go when you really don't have to also with kidneys you may run a fever, if the infection is bad enough.

Your lower back.......it will become very pain full if you do have a kidney infection, to where you are in the fetal position depending on how bad it is........You will know if you have one, trust me....
