I hurt my back in May and went to the doctor for it . I was put out of work by the doc. I was then sent for two MRI's. After this the dr. sent me to a neurosurgeon who said that right now he could not determine what was on my spine (possibly a tumor or a blood clot , he said. He told me he wanted another MRI in 2 months. He kept me out of work for awhile until I pleaded with him to let me go back as I was denied short term disability because my benefits did not kick in till my 91st day of employment. ( I was 3 days shy of getting them when I hurt my back) . I have become incontinent (both ways) but I went back to work for a few days and promptly peed my pants at work. I was mortified. I went to work the next day and kept getting cramps from (need I say It). So I left work early and have been calling in sick ever since. I am nervous to call the dr. since I pleaded with him to let me back. Now I am really nervous that I will be fired. Plus I am scared of what's happening to me. Help!

I have a huge, inflamed spider bite on my eyebrow and I get really bad migranes and throbbing pain. Advil doesnt seem to help. I got some Coedine for sleeping, but I just took advil.. Can I take the coedine with it?

I did extreme volleyball traing last night and i am so sore i can barely walk around without hurting, it it better to try and do some excersises to work out the soreness, or should i just rest?

My left knee gives me problems at times especially when I walk. I do have Arthritis and I do take Motrin as needed. Why does my left knee seem to bother me more in the summer time than in the winter?

i keep getting shooting pain though my vigina bone on the top part near my hip bone dose any1 know what it is. it's quite painfull sometimes. it feel's like you know when you pull a hair out and you get the sharp pain its like that. it not my pubic hair as i shave. thanks i also have a tattoo near by got it done 3 months ago dont know if it might be realated but it looks ok and had no probs with it.

I had a pain on both sides in my neck two weeks ago. Because I had a wrist pain last year and after 3 visits to the physio(nhs) sorted that out, the trouble was in the neck, I tought I should go and have whatever hurts now sorted again.
Yesterday I went to a physio(private).Today I am so sore that I can hardly move. I was told that I had 3 dislocated discs in my neck and a muscle lock under my sholder blade, what ever that means. My discs have been out for some time and according to this physio(private) last year they were not put back in to place by the other physio(nhs) when they should have. I have no idea how or when I dislocated these discs but I feel a lot worse today than before I went for the treatment. I screamed my head off during this treatment. Need to go again in two weeks and I am not sure if I should. Could he be hurting me so I go back and pay more or is he doing better job since I am paying?
How do you dislocate discs in your neck, appart from being in a accident?

I am getting married Saturday and suddenly my right foot hurts with flexing and a little walking. Could it be possible this is all from stress? I have not hurt it in anyway nor have I done anything unusual to it....I have a cerficate for a massage, but I am wondering if my tensed up back can cause this?

didnt hit them but they hurt a lot. and if I touch them, it hurts really bad or when I sit down or use the restroom. It goes sometimes from one rib the other or most of the time it stays to my left side.
Is there something wrong with me?

im 13 and right now im vacationing in japan. a few days ago i had this lump under my left ear and when i touch it it hurts real bad. i cant go to the doctors because i dont have insurence here. what should i do? i had it a few times before but it got cured. i've been searching things on the internet to see if i can do anything but i have no idea. any one have a clue what im going through?

I take Rolaids, or Tums, or whatver mainly every night now, because it usually burns only at night. Im only 16, but could this be acid reflex? I have no idea what acid reflex really is, besides the fact that it can burn ur esophogous. Yea, I just spelled that word totaly wrong. Anyway, what could it be?

I have this problem about burping. It's like air is being kept in my stomach (it's uncomfortable for me and i feel like i am bloated) and after some time I would burp and it will give me relief. After that, the cycle of "air-keeping and burping" will just go on and on,

i'm 20 yr old female experiencing a pain from my collarbone til about my elbow in my left arm for the past few months. it comes and goes at different times. not for sure what the reason is? i haven't been lifting anything heavy nor working my arms out....

i get this weird feeling in my throat and chest all the time it's like i just feel like i'm being pushed inside it's like something getting deeper into my chest really deep and the feelings like it's being pushed back i'm also starting to feel it in my throat not pretty bad.....and before when that feeling came up in my chest i used to feel my heart throbbing in my chest (i know it isn't but it feels like that)

it's kind of hard to explian but do you get it? is there something wrong with me? am i sick? i'm getting kind of scared

Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone could give me some idea of what this could be? For the last year i've been practically housebound,sometimes even bed ridden, and havn't been able to do much. My bones seem to have become very weak and they keep cracking? I always feel extremely weak and my body aches alot also. I suffer from very severe depression and i know thats probably whats made me feel so weak.
I'm only 15 so i don't think it could be brittle bones or anything?
Would calcium supplements stop my bones from cracking so much?

Every couple of months I get this severe pain in my abdomen. I am a 14 year old girl and it is just below my chest, it is a sharp pulsating pain that lasts anywhere between 10 minutes and 40. They hurt so bad that I cannot breathe and feel nauseous, it suddenly gets really hot (even in the wintertime) and I begin to sweat. My mom knows about it, but doesn't know what to do and when I asked my doctor about it she said it was gas, but it isn't because it is higher than that and hurts to intensely.
When I get them, I can't walk, can't move and just curl up on the floor and wait for it to pass. A few times I have thrown up but that may have been me getting sick, I'm not sure, I am normally one of the healthiest people I know and almost never get sick.
I am terrified that one day I will get these pains somewhere else than home and I don't know what I'd do, they hurt so bad, they are impossible to hide.
I would really appreciate any help or advice on what is causing this and how to help it.

i just turned 14 amd i am male. In christmas, my dad bought me basketball shoes that were size 8 1/2. I was only 13 1/2 and the top of the shoe had a half an inch distance between my toe. So i kept using that shoe until my feet grew 2 months later. my toe reached the end of the shoe but i kept wearing them. So my feet kept growing (i think) and it kinda felt tight but then it stop anoying me. In july, i realized that i was developing hammer toes, so i have been developing hammer toes for 4 months when the shoe stop fitting me. but it is not that severe cuz they are not curved enough and they can straighten very easily.

My q's are:
1. Is it true that if ur feet stop growing, ur whole body will stop growing too?
2. will hammer toes stop my feet from growing?
3. will i grow in height and in foot length?
4. what is the treatment for hammer toes?
5. will my toes straighten naturaly?
6. will i be ok?

im 14 and i was working out for the first time at the gym with a trainer on saturday. its now monday night and for the whole weekend and today my shoulders and biceps are KILLING me! i think its charlie horse? i took a hot bath and shower and took advil but it still really hurts, what can i do?

I almost passed out in cheering today. We were doing motion technique and my arms had been in the air for a while. I started to sweat really bad and i felt like i had to throw up. then i blacked out and my ears plugged up and i couldn't hear anything. What happened?
