I have this problem about burping. It's like air is being kept in my stomach (it's uncomfortable for me and i feel like i am bloated) and after some time I would burp and it will give me relief. After that, the cycle of "air-keeping and burping" will just go on and on,
Thanks a lot!

It sounds a lot like acid reflux or possibly a hernia (a hole that can occur in some people) such as a hiatal hernia (my mom had one of these but was able to get rid of it) but the only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated further by your dr to see what they think is going on.

First thing I would consider is lactose intolerance. Secondly, chronic gastritis. For the former, lactase enzyme, brand name Lact-Aid. You can generally get a better price on generic brands, particularly from Walmart or Target.. For the latter, I would recommend Aloe Vera Juice. I usually recommend a 32 ounce bottle over a 2 to 3 day period. George's brand is probably the best, as it's triple distilled, has no bad taste and doesn't need to be refrigerated. Other than that, any brand will do.
I must add that there are quite a few other things that could cause this problem that are best dealth with by your physician. Make an appointment to be seen and while your waiting to get in, try the above remedies. Good luck to you. I went thru the same thing for a several years before I realized it was lactose intolerance.

It *could* be a hiatal hernia but more likely acid reflux problems or gall bladder issues. I have a hiatal hernia and that has not been an issue for me.
