When ARnold Schwartzennegger first started body building he was about 15 or 16 and he wrote (in his bio) that he was in such pain he could barely move.

Sounds like you may have a charley horse or sprained muscle. Ask your trainer what you should do-- or school nurse or doctor. Don't injure it any more than it is now -- it's rebuilding itself and you should be able to exercvise more later on, as long as you take care of the pain And the muscle(s) right now.

You young kids think you are invincible! Oh, well.

Your problem is that acid has built up where your muscles were extra stressed. You've got to get that acid moved to a new home.

Warm up really slowly, do just a few exercises, cool down very slowly and slap a heat patch wherever you hurt before you get cold. That will help disburse the acid build up.

Hot bath, shower is really good, you can take up to 4 advil/6 hours, and you can throw 2 tylenol extra-strength in between your advil doses. Try to stay moving--that is, don't let everything cool down while you watch a bunch of TV or the same thing will happen and you will need to start at the beginning.

Feel better!
