I just wanted to kno because i have been having them lately and was wondering what was going on in there.

The cramps are caused by the fact that the uterus is trying to push out the lining that built up throughout the month. The uterus pushes this lining out because it wasn't needed this month to help a pregnancy grow in to a baby.

If the cramping is so bad that you can't function on a daily basis then please see your dr to have them evaluate the situation further to see what they think is going on.

its the uterus and muscles contracting. you have lots of nerve ending in there. Sometime fibroid or cysts can contribute. If its really bothersome go see your doc.
