I did extreme volleyball traing last night and i am so sore i can barely walk around without hurting, it it better to try and do some excersises to work out the soreness, or should i just rest?

If I were in your position, I would warm up with a 15 to 20 minute walk and then stretch for about 10 minutes. Maybe do some ab work as well.
Nothing ballistic, just nice and easy.

Your muscles are sore because of microtrauma to the muscle cells. You need to rest in order for the muscles to heal and grow.

Rest for a day, drink plenty of fluids, especially water, and do some light strechting!

You should try to stretch out your muscles and give your body a break. I wold also take ibuprofen, and try some ice, and give your muscles some time to catch up.
