my eyesite is -7.5 and -7.0 is that bad. and im 17. Do u think i will go blind before i'm 25!!

Sometimes it's impossible for me to wake up in the mornings, I wake up feeling like I need 5 hours more sleep. I have no problems geting to sleep, and I sleep throughout the entire night. But it seems like if I don't get like 12 hours of sleep, I am tired and groggy all day.....any suggestions??

How are nursing care plans done in the work place? Is it computerized or hand writtten? Detailed or goes by a template? I think the kind we need to write for school is way to detailed and at times meaningless. What is the importance of a nursing care plan? I just want some personal opinions on how you find them useful/helpful/good or bad/unnecessary... etc.

Just wondering...my husband and I went to a restaurant on Saturday, ordered some stuff jalepenos and had some more the next day, and he had another one or two yesterday. This morning he woke up with stomach pains, and has had a bowel movement 3 times today so far.

The reason I say Gastroenteritis (stomach flu/bug) is because the restaurant we ate at, our stupid waitress told a family sitting near us that her and other wait staff had a stomach bug all week, but it was ok because they weren't making our food and the chefs were fine. This was Saturday and I know stomach bugs take 24-48 hours to come on. I'm fine, but I've also been eating garlic like crazy! Could it be he just had too many jalepenos and they're burning his insides? Is it too late to already have symptoms for a stomach bug? He said his whole stomach hurt, but it was more lower, more so where his small intestine and large intestine are.

Recently I've had a taste in my mouth like vomit and occassionly I burp in my mouth and it tastes disgusting. I haven't actually been sick but I don't know whats causing this.

My girlfriend suggested it could be stomach acid that I'm tasting.

Any ideas what it could be and how to stop it?

got sick...went on antibiotic..2 lip cold sores appear... feel better after two weeks and now another is here but different spot. have heard that one shouldn't eat chocolate or nuts when have cold sores . . . anything I can do to end this cycle?

every single day of the year I have to have the fan going (even in the cold Iowa winters) to fall asleep. Now its vitually inpossible for me to fall asleep without it, vactions are really tough because not every hotel has one.

anyone else share my fan addiction?

why does everyone flip out bout people smoking cigg's? whats so wrong about them? yeah they give you cancer and they are also addictive! not only that people are always complaining that your hurting your family and friends by smoking cuz u die. well what about all these foods....almost every food has something bad in it for you these days. coffee has 46 KNOWN cancer causing ingredients and no ones says anything to them. so why does everyone have to overreact about smoking ciggs?

I'm not even 30 yet and I'm going blind! lol. I have an eye doctor appointment coming up and I think I'm going to have to spring for the contacts, I doubt my insurance covers them. I was wondering if anyone had any information on price and how hard are they to get in? Any major problems I should be aware of? I'm really not thrilled about sticking something in my eye ball everyday but it seems to work for people. Any information? much appreciated

im 29 and im trying to pursue the right help for my psychiatric problems that ive had for a long time...but at the moment im worrying myself to death about my physicall health, im going to see my doctor on thurs about my frequant urination, i keep panic and worrying thinking , what girls gonna want me!!, what girls gonna want me!!??...my hand nails are falling apart, i had an accident with my left hand a while back, where i must of hit it, and now my little finger on my left hand droops over at the end, my doctor said last time theres nothin i could do to get it straitened..i sometimes get slight pains in my kidneys, the other day i got a pain in my left testicle, but im not sure whether thats due to frequent masturbation....i have two missing front lower bottom teeth due to an accident a while back, i feel like im falling apart, im a freak! can anyone help?

i have poor hand nails at the moment and have done for a while, nails that break and have ridges..does this indicate that i have poor physical health? or a specific health problem? i bite my nails alot to because of the high anxiety and stress i feel alot of the time. is there anything i can do to repair them?

...lol this is a serious question... All I can think about during meetings is trying to stay awake- even if Im not tired, een if ive had loads of sleep the night before, even if the subject of the meeting is interesting.....I get in that room and sit down and the next thing my eyes are threatening to close- what can I do? We dont have opening windows in this office- its all air con so even turning it up we dont get fresh air which would prob be the best way of staying awake.
Ive got a meeting in an hour which is going on for 4 hours and I know Im gonna be falling asleep as usual! How can I stay awake?

I sleep walk ALOT!!! What is there that I can do to prevent this, or is there something that I am doing that is causing it?

I have a serious kidney infection. They said mass infection. He seemed pretty concerned. Gave me a shot of antibiotic that hurt like hell and I have to go back tomorrow for another appointment and possible Cat Scan and another shot! argh. How bad could this be and is it anything to worry about and what could I possibly expect?
