Being a guy, I don't have a lot of experience in this area....
But I do recall reading once that a woman can experience difficulty enjoying vaginal intercourse if she has exclusively been masturbating. But then I think vaginal intercourse gets more enjoyable for a woman over time or at least to some degree. Again, I am not sure of this since I really have long term experience with one woman.
I have no idea how long a period of time could possibly cause this.

No, masturbation is normal part of growing up. You can masturbate several times a day if you want, and have the time.

No there is no harm, some men have felt a "raw" feeling depending if they do it for a while, some women feel sore after but no health wise its perfectly fine and you burn calories =)
