I drink 3 glasses of wine and take 2 excederin pm's at night to go to sleep and it still takes me 4 hours after taking the medicine to fall asleep. I have to take a B complex and sometimes a cup of cappuccino to have energy during the day. I do work out twice a week because I'm trying to lose weight. I just want to go to sleep at night when I lay down and have energy in the morning when I wake up with out barbituates. Any ideas?

I read an article that said it was OK to do so and siteing that the skin doesn't breathe. I am certain this practice of painting the skin includes keeping an area of the skin bare to ensure the skin can function properly. It is entirely possible that the fictional character in GoldFinger was killed and then painted. But what happens if the skin is really sealed? I would like to ensure people aren't misled into a dangerous practice. Please use links to articles too.

as a child we all picked our nose's and some kids yes eat it and some just wipe them.. so my question to you is 1: did you pick your nose as a child and eat it or wipe it? 2:as a young adult do or did you pick your nose? 3:as an adult do you still pick your nose?

just so you won't feel like a loner i will admit from what my mom has said that as a child all kids picked their nose's and ate it, as a young adult and as an adult now yes i still pick my nose and sometimes i get a tissue and sometimes i might flick them.. so yeah you might think i'm sick, but i know that more people still do this then not.... thanks and i hope your honest...

I notice this the most when I look at something that is a pure white, like a piece of paper. With both eyes, it looks white of course, but it changes if I look at it one eye at a time.

My left eye seems to see the white with a very slight bluish-green hue, while my right eye seems to see the white with a very slight orangish hue.

This doesn't really affect anything, but just a curiosity.

I know it's not lack of sleep, if anything, I've been getting too much. It's only my right eye, and it's been going on for a couple of weeks. It's really noticeable to me as well as to others. How do I make it stop?

I have been trying to increase my water intake. So last night I drink a 16 oz bottle water. I didn't drink it fast, I sipped it over a 30 minute period. When I was finished I was really bloated and it felt like I had heartburn. It wasn't painful but it was uncomfortable.

Would anyone know why something like this would happen?

Please help! In every job I have, I can't wake up in the morning to get there on time! I am ALWAYS 5-10 minutes late, on a good day, and nothing works to get me out of bed. It's like when I wake up I am still asleep and I don't hear any alarm clocks ( I set 3 different ones), and my mum stands and shouts but I sleep through it.
I have tried early nights but the longer I sleep for, the less I want to get up!
Please recommend something as I am starting my ideal job soon and don't want to be late!

I am contemplating trying a weightloss drug. And my doctor told me to do some research and he would give me whatever I felt more comfortable with. I also have chronic fatigue syndrome and my doc told me that there are some weight loss drugs out there that also give you energy boosts. If anyone has any information, I would appreciate it.

they rest on your eyes, between your eyes and right? like they sit on top of your eyeballs like glasses would on your face...it sounds stupid that they would be in your eyes..and they defend it by saying if you get poked do you get poked in your eye or on your eye..

I have this tingling feeling in my last two toes on my left foot. Sometimes it goes away. The other problem I am having is involuntary muscle twitches mostly in my forearms and biceps. I have done a little research and found out that these could be symptoms of MS. To be honest, I am little scared of going to see a doctor about this in fear of hearing bad news.

This is a serious question so please dont answer with a rude remark.

Lately my body has been acting weird.
I contantly have to go to the restroom (#2)
and Its pure LIQUID. It has been like this
for 4 months now and i have no health insurance.

I dont know what I should do.
I also pass gas and it smells worse than it ever has.

Is something wrong with my body?
anything I can do, without going to the doctor
(considering i have no health insurance)

My doctor is lowering my dosage on a capsulated medication. Is it possible for me to open the capsules, divide the medication into the appropriate dose, and then recapsulate it? I kinda don't want to have to buy more meds since I already have a bunch.
