I know it's not lack of sleep, if anything, I've been getting too much. It's only my right eye, and it's been going on for a couple of weeks. It's really noticeable to me as well as to others. How do I make it stop?

It happens really randomly; I haven't been able to attribute it to anything specific. It's not constant, but it is frequent enough to be bothersome.

I have had the same problem.
It's a nerve thing. I just put warm compress on my eye.
It goes away on it's own, just like it started on it's own. But if your really concerned, see a eye doctor, especally if it doesn't clear up soon.

Have you been able to relate the twitching to any specific activity (after long bouts of reading/computer use, stress, etc.).

It may indicate that you need glasses or an adjustment to your current prescription.

that usually means u have some gas in you, u just need to let it out go hide under ur covers and make ur self real warm and it well come right out. or it could just be stress as well but my guess is gas or u just got some air in ur eyes it will go away when its all gone

Don't rub it. I don't know how to get rid of a twitching muscle... I guess just let it go til it stops.
